We love to teach and find fun ways to get creative with delicious recipes. We happily take suggestions of different vegetables, fruits, foods and drinks that you would like to learn to ferment. Each week we select fresh, organic ingredients and you leave with your own jar of fermented goodies. We give you the tools you need to get going and build up a yummy stock of revitalising foods that you can make and share.
Accessible to all, we teach children and adults, cooks and non-cooks. This is nutrition at its simplest.
You make a new recipe each week learning about the benefits of lacto-fermented vegetables, fruits, the kefirs, kombuchas and apple cider vinegar.
We hold weekly classes each Thursday from 19h to 20h30 in Woluwe-St-Pierre.
You are welcome to come for 1 class or more classes.

3 classes: 100 euro
5 classes: 150 euro
Children: 20 euro
You may choose to come to any 3 or 5 classes, they do not need to be consecutive.
